I had a pleasant time during our stay, particularly enjoying the delicious hot cinnamon rolls at breakfast and the complimentary Dove toiletries provided. The clean and comfy room with a city view was a delightful surprise, though it was smaller than depicted in the photos. Would consider staying again!

Just a nice choice for a weekend respite in New York with exceptional value. The breakfast staff was super friendly, especially the young lady who helped my daughter at the pancake station. Tip, pack light and use public transport to save money on travel.

I had a decent stay while attending some attractions nearby. The free breakfast was a highlight, especially the make-your-own pancake machine which was a fun addition. On the downside, I faced some issues with the elevator being out of order, forcing me to take the stairs multiple times, which was challenging considering I’m recovering from an injury. Overall, the location was great and made it easy to explore the area easily.

The best part was the free wi-fi—super convenient! 🚀 However, we had to wait ages for the elevator every morning, which was a bummer.

Just a fine choice for a short layover in New York with outstanding value for money. The bathroom was great, with clean towels and toiletries every day. Try to get a room on a higher floor to avoid noise.

close to broadway and beautiful parks for weekend walks
I really enjoyed my stay here, especially since it was just a few blocks from Broadway and less than a 10-minute walk to Bryant Park, making my city strolls absolutely delightful. the hotel staff were always friendly and the breakfast area was well managed despite the busy mornings.

We absolutely loved the hotel’s prime location, just steps away from Times Square, making it super easy to explore. During our stay, breakfast was solid, with plenty of options and we even found a table without too much hassle. Staying with my mom made it all the more special.
In my kids’ opinion, the wait for the elevators was ridiculous! We often had to stand around too long, which was frustrating, especially during busy checkout times. A better elevator system would really help families moving in and out.

The hotel is perfectly located near Times Square, making it easy for our family to explore the area. Breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start our day, helping us save money during our busy schedule.
In my wife’s opinion, the elevators often broke down, which made it hard for our kids to navigate the hotel easily.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from Times Square. My room offered a quiet retreat despite the city noise. I appreciated the convenient coffee machine available. it made mornings easier. Breakfast had good options but can get crowded. The friendly staff at the front desk were responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly. However, I encountered issues with the elevators. Only two working during peak hours led to frustrating waits. A few times my room key card didn’t work, forcing me to go back down for assistance. The breakfast area felt cramped, with not enough seating for guests. Overall, a pleasant stay but definitely some areas for improvement.

The breakfast scene was lit with a make-your-own pancake machine—a total game changer! Plus, we loved the welcoming vibe from the staff and the coffee machine in our room which hit the spot after long days in the city. Fresh brewed joy, am I right?
On the flip side, when we arrived early, the front desk lady was colder than a winter morning in Brooklyn. We were a tired crew after a long walk, and it took ages to get our rooms sorted. A little help would've gone a long way!
